European IPDSC Standard Championships and World Latin IPDSC Championships
 | The weekend of the 12th and 13th of December was very intense and successful for the Team Diablo couples who participated in the European and World Championships IPDSC, along with those in the Amateur Standard. The people of Ashdod, a place near Tel Aviv, attended in numbers, expressing their enthusiasm for the couples of our Team. On Saturday there was the European Professional IPDSC Standard. 18 couples were representing 11 countries, a competition which at first seemed easy but demonstrated the level that now the ‘IPDSC presents. At the end of the evening Paolo Bosco and Silvia Pitton were proclaimed European Champions, Luca Bussoletti and Tjasa Vulic European runners up and in the same final Isaia Berardi and Cinzia Birarelli in fourth place. In the semi-final were Rossignoli-Haller, Sekistova-Goncharov, Blume-Sorensen and Sidelnikov-Lavetska. | | Sunday, however, alternating awith the IDSF Amateur Standard was the World Professional Latin IPDSC where there were 21 couples participating, representing 9 countries. Also in this category a couple from Team Diablo, Stefan Green and Adriana Sigona, danced a well deserved final finishing in 7th place while Luca Bussoletti and Tjasa Vulic had to settle for the semi-final. A huge congratulations to couples Surma-Egorova and CEJ-Stepanov who, in the IDSF Standard achieved a prestigious semi-final. Congratulations to all!! |
